This policy explains what information ZAM collects when you use this website, how it is used and protected, who it is shared with, and the choices and rights you have. ZAM is the solo, founder-led practice of Julian Zamora, serving owner-operated businesses internationally.

- Information you submit through our contact and booking forms: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the message you write to us.
- Booking and scheduling details when you reserve a call, including the time you choose and anything you tell us in advance.
- Usage and analytics data: basic, mostly aggregated information about how pages are visited, so we can improve the site.
- Cookies and local storage used to keep the site working and to remember your place in the booking funnel between steps.
- We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule and prepare for calls.
- To provide consulting and software services you engage us for.
- To send service-related communication about work in progress.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract; our legitimate interests in running and improving the practice; and compliance with our legal obligations.
Sub-processors
- Airtable stores the lead and booking records you submit through our forms.
- Vercel hosts this website and processes basic request and performance logs.
- PayPal processes payments, and handles card details directly rather than us.
- Wise processes payments and transfers, and handles your payment details directly.
- Google provides sign-in, Calendar, and Gmail integrations used in our client portal and scheduling.
Cookies, retention, and security
We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions and basic analytics, and you can control or clear them through your browser settings. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, including limiting access and relying on reputable providers.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Under the GDPR you also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Under the CCPA, if you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the information we collect and request its deletion. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers and children
ZAM serves clients internationally and is based in the Philippines, and our service providers may process and store data in other countries under appropriate safeguards. This website and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
