Your first two weeks with ZAM
This is the short version of exactly what happens once you have signed, and the few things we need from you to move fast. Nothing here is homework you have to figure out. It is a map, so you always know what is next.
The promise we make on day one
You will never wonder what is happening. If a day goes quiet, that is on us, not you.
Today: Within a couple of hours of signing
- You get a personal welcome note from us, not an autoresponder. It names your kickoff date and the one thing we need from you first.
- Your project is set up so the work is visible to you from the start.
- You have one person to talk to for everything. No ticket queue, no being passed around.
Within one working day: Kickoff booked and the access list sent
- Your kickoff call is booked. About 30 minutes for a single build, up to 90 minutes if we are embedding with you.
- You receive a short access list: the accounts, logins, and an export or two we will need. It comes as one list, once, so we never chase you piece by piece. Sending it back quickly is the biggest thing you can do to keep the timeline fast.
The kickoff call: Where we lock the plan together
- Scope confirmed in your words, written down where we can both see it, not buried in a proposal.
- Agreement on what "done" looks like as something you will actually click and use, not a document you have to interpret.
- Agreement on how often you hear from us, and on which day.
- The risks named out loud: data quality, holidays, who we need available, so nothing surprises either of us later.
While we build: You watch it take shape
- Every piece we ship comes with a plain-language how-to and a link you can test yourself.
- You get a weekly update, same day each week, even in a quiet week: what we finished, what is next, anything we need from you, anything at risk.
- Your project view stays current, so you can check progress any time without asking.
At handover: For a fixed build
- A live walkthrough, recorded, so you and your team can rewatch it.
- You own everything: the system, the data, the accounts. It is yours to keep, not rented.
- A 14-day "fix anything" window, stated in writing.
What we need from you
- The access list, returned once. The logins and exports on the list we send. One reply with all of it beats five reply-and-wait rounds.
- One point person on your side. Someone who can answer "how does this actually work in your business?" and make small calls without a meeting.
- A little time at kickoff. The one call where we agree the plan. After that, we come to you. You do not have to manage us.
